  3. Receive Email Confirmation
    Once your appointment is booked, you will receive an email confirmation with all relevant details.

  4. Complete the Intake Form
    Prior to your appointment, please fill out the intake form provided in your confirmation email. This helps us understand your needs and prepare for your session.

  5. Prepare for Your Online Appointment
    On the day of your session, ensure you are in a quiet, comfortable space free of distractions, as the appointment will take place online.

As a counsellor with 16 years of prior nursing experience in mental health, I bring a unique perspective and set of skills to my practice. My background in nursing has given me a deep understanding of psychological and emotional struggles and the impact they can have on overall well-being. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, identify harmful patterns, and develop healthier ways of interacting with themselves and others.

I have experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma and stress, helping them process and heal from their experiences. My goal is to empower my clients and provide them with the tools and support they need to overcome the impact of trauma and stress and move towards a more fulfilling and stable life.

In addition, I have specialized in working with couples, helping them navigate through the challenges that arise in their relationships. I am passionate about helping couples build strong and healthy foundations, communication skills, and ways to deepen their connection with each other.

  • Psychotherapist:

    Psychiatrist:
    Psychiatrists are medical doctors (MDs) who specialize in diagnosing and treating mental disorders. With the authority to prescribe medication, they are best suited for managing severe conditions such as schizophrenia or major depressive disorders requiring medical intervention.
