Meet Our Therapists
We’re a team who share a simple goal: to help people build healthier, more balanced lives. We know how tough it can feel to navigate stress, anxiety, or changes in mood, and we believe no one should have to do it alone.
Our work is rooted in both neuroscience and clinical training, but also in compassion. We focus on giving you practical tools and genuine support, so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

Katie Baird
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
As a counsellor with 16 years of prior nursing experience in mental health, I bring a unique perspective and set of skills to my practice. My background in nursing has given me a deep understanding of psychological and emotional struggles and the impact they can have on overall well-being. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, identify harmful patterns, and develop healthier ways of interacting with themselves and others.
I have experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma and stress, helping them process and heal from their experiences. My goal is to empower my clients and provide them with the tools and support they need to overcome the impact of trauma and stress and move towards a more fulfilling and stable life.
In addition, I have specialized in working with couples, helping them navigate through the challenges that arise in their relationships. I am passionate about helping couples build strong and healthy foundations, communication skills, and ways to deepen their connection with each other.

Registered Social Worker
I believe that every mind has the innate capability to heal. With the right guidance and support, the path to healing becomes clearer, allowing you to reclaim your strength, process difficult emotions, and build the skills necessary to overcome even the most challenging obstacles. This strength is within you, and I am dedicated to helping you uncover it.
With a Master of Social Work degree from Columbia University, my academic and professional skills have enabled me to effectively support individuals and couples through their unique challenges. My clinical expertise lies in guiding individuals and couples to navigate grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. Using a combination of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Somatic Experiencing, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I tailor each session to meet your individualized needs, deepen self-awareness and rediscover the mind-body connection.
Celine Hert
Healing often begins when we feel truly seen, supported, and understood. I believe therapy can offer a space to reconnect with your strengths, make sense of difficult experiences, and move toward meaningful change with greater self-compassion.
I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto and take a warm, collaborative approach to therapy, recognizing that emotional well-being is shaped by our relationships, life experiences, identities, cultures, and the systems we navigate. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), strengths-based therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies, tailoring each approach to your unique needs and goals.
I support individuals navigating anxiety, stress, grief, trauma, chronic pain, depression, burnout, and life transitions, and I am committed to helping you process challenges, build practical coping tools, and foster healing in ways that feel authentic and empowering. I strive to create a supportive, collaborative space where we can work together towards healing and growth.
