About Celine
Celine believes therapy can offer a space to reconnect with your strengths, make sense of difficult experiences, and move toward meaningful change with greater self-compassion. She holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto and takes a warm, collaborative approach to therapy, recognizing that emotional well-being is shaped by our relationships, life experiences, identities, cultures, and the systems we navigate.
Celine draws from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), strengths-based therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies — tailoring each approach to your unique needs and goals.
She supports individuals navigating anxiety, stress, grief, trauma, chronic pain, depression, burnout, and life transitions, and is committed to helping you process challenges, build practical coping tools, and foster healing in ways that feel authentic and empowering.
