With the right guidance and support, the path to healing becomes clearer — allowing you to reclaim your strength, process difficult emotions, and build the skills to overcome even the most challenging obstacles.
About Sarah
Sarah believes that every mind has the innate capability to heal. With the right guidance and support, the path to healing becomes clearer, allowing you to reclaim your strength, process difficult emotions, and build the skills necessary to overcome even the most challenging obstacles.
With a Master of Social Work degree from Columbia University, Sarah's academic and professional skills have enabled her to effectively support individuals and couples through their unique challenges. Her clinical expertise lies in guiding individuals and couples to navigate grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges.
Using a combination of evidence-based modalities — including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Somatic Experiencing, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) — Sarah tailors each session to meet your individualized needs, deepen self-awareness, and rediscover the mind-body connection.
This strength is within you, and Sarah is dedicated to helping you uncover it.
